Software Developer – Integration & AI (all genders)

inwebco develops software, AI, and interfaces that transform processes, as well as its own products, such as WebChat for Microsoft Teams. We implement our projects ourselves, from the initial idea through to ongoing operations. To this end, we are looking to expand our development team.

Key Focus Areas 

  • Development and enhancement of our products, including WebChat for Microsoft Teams
  • Design and implementation of interfaces between CRM, ERP, Microsoft 365, and other systems
  • Integration of AI features and language models into applications and processes
  • Development of high-performance websites and portals using Symfony and ibexa
  • Operation and deployment in container-based environments and on Azure
  • Shared technical responsibility from concept through to ongoing operations

What We Expect 

  • Excellent knowledge of object-oriented programming with PHP, ideally with Symfony
  • Experience with REST APIs and integrating external systems
  • Proficiency with databases (e.g., MySQL), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Basic knowledge of containers and Linux
  • Interest in AI and a desire to apply it in practical applications
  • A plus: Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, or Teams apps, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and monitoring
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Logical and analytical skills and a results-oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently with a commitment to high quality
